Sailor Cybertron
I tried to resist this idea as long as possible, but it finally burst out of me. Cybertron is based around the 2007 Transformers movie and is definitely one of my odder characters.

Likes: Aino is very fond of chewing gum, especially spearmint, so she's usually chewing some. She also likes learning new things, meeting new people, and tinkering around with things, usually until they break. Also, she's very fond of singing, mostly in the metal variety.
Dislikes: She despises brainless people. Aino also hates labels, broken pencils, arguing, and too much planning.
Clothing: Aino doesn't have a set style. It depends on how she feels.

Hobby: Taking things apart. It's a really bad problem.
Personality: Aino's eccentric. She tinkers around with things, makes messes, and generally annoys people with her antics on occasion. However, she's got a great mind and likes to meet new people--even if they're scared off by her personality. Aino sometimes appears too cold towards people as well, so meeting new people and having them like her can be difficult.
History
Aino was born in the Galaxy Cauldron as the guardian of Cybertron, now a dead planet after the destruction of the Allspark. While sitting alone in the streets of Cybertron one day, she heard a voice speaking in her ear, which she recognized as Optimus Prime, calling for the other Autobots. She journeyed to Earth, landing near Tranquility, Nevada--in California. There, she took up a disguise, including a name, birthdate, and a change in appearance to seem marginally more normal. This was extremely important so she could blend in, as Cybertron is not exactly human--she is mostly robot. While searching for the Autbots in Tranquility, Sailor Cybertron sensed the power of the Ginzuishou, and realized that maybe, just maybe, she had found a way to restore Cybertron.
Sailor Cybertron tells her story through the songs she sings. She locally performs at talent shows and community benefits, in an attempt to contact the Autobots. The songs she sings are covers of existing metal bands on Earth.

Transformation Phrase: Cybertron Power, Make-up!
Transformation Item: A small, silver remote.
Transformation Sequence: Aino throws her hand up and says the transformation phrase. Electricity sparks around her, and a sparking, pale blue light flares. When it is gone, Aino is transformed. She does not need to be holding the remote; it just needs to be with her, so Aino usually keeps it in her pocket.
Symbol: A crescent Moon pointed up topped by a double circle
Colors: Gray, blue
Power Color: Gray-blue
Weapons: None
Items: Henshin remote.
Strengths: Confusing people, evading attacks.
Weaknesses: Causing damage, making idle threats.
Fighting Style: Incapacite, then strike
Mission
Sailor Cybertron's mission is to restore life to Cybertron, no matter the cost.
Attacks
Attack 1 Name: Power Outage
Attack 1 Appearance: Sparks of electricty that spark around the target.
This is a silent attack, which is put into motion by Cybertron touching the target and willing it.
Attack 1 Effect/Damage: Generally knocks the enemy unconcious.
Attack 1 Accuracy: Sailor Cybertron has to be close to the target, so if she's unable to do that, this can be quite an inconvient attack.
Attack 2 Name: Electrical Shock
Attack 2 Appearance: Very bright sparks of electricty that spark around the target. Cybetron does not say anything; she simply touches the enemy and wills it. She often uses this in conjunction with "Power Outage".
Attack 2 Effect/Damage: A strong attack that hurts the target quite a bit, unless the target is wearing something that would conduct the electricity.
Attack 2 Accuracy: Since Sailor Cybertron has to be touching the target, it's fairly accurate in making it to the target, but if she can't touch them, she's in trouble.
Outfit
Shirt: A pale blue strapless shirt with a dark gray, bias-but bodice and a dark gray stripe in the center-front that flares out at the bottom.
Skirt: A dark-gray color, solid, hits about mid-thigh.
Collar: Pale blue and attached at the center of the shirt with the neck opening and the edge bordered in a dark gray band.
Shoes: Ankle-length, pale blue boots edged around all of the edges in a dark gray band.
Gloves: Pale blue and elbow-length, coming to a slight point on the outside, edged on the top in a dA round, pale blue post with a dark gray teardrop-shaped bead dangling from it.
Brooch: A silver, elognated diamond shape with rounded corners, pinned to the center of her bodice. It is etched with her symbol.
Tiara: A silver half-circle on top of her head that rises to a point in the center. It is set in the center with a pale blue, oval-shaped gem.
Senshi Appearance Change
As a senshi, Cybertron's hair and eyes change their appearance.
Hair: Silver, straight, and fluffy, extending to the middle of her back. It is tied up into two small pigtails on each side with ponytail holders decorated in two round, pale blue balls. Her bangs are fluffed up and parted in the center and a small wisp of hair is pulled to the front of each ear.
Eyes: Pale blue and empty.
A Note on Cybertron's Body
Sailor Cybertron is not a normal human, as I've mentioned. To reflect her connection to a world of robots, Sailor Cybertron looks like a human on the outside, but is basically a robot inside. As such, she feels no pain, and when she bleeds, she bleeds energon, a fluid that is generally considered to be the Cybertronian version of blood. Energon is generally thought to appear as a glowing pink or blue color. While Sailor Cybertron can ingest human food and taste it (she has a human mouth and brain and her nervous system is somewhat wired to work like a human's), she requires no actual nourishment; she just thinks it's fun, and it's necessary for her disguise.
The Cybertronian version of a heart is a spark, which is thought of to be the Cybertronian's soul as well. The sparks are made by the Allspark, which is where all Cybertronian life can from. These sparks are held in spark chambers. Sailor Cybertron has a spark chamber, but hers contains an actual human heart.
While Sailor Cybertron is, in barest essentials, a robot, think of it as more of an android. Her appearance as a soldier is the appearance she has had since her creation in the Galaxy Cauldron. However, since empty eyes and silver hair did not appear to be the norm on Earth, and disguise was essential, Cybertron changed her appearance to better fit in.
