Personality: Aella loves to attend debates or lectures, and listen to speeches. She is often trying to bring change to the people around her, hoping to improve people's lives. But it is incredibly hard for her to make a dcision and stick with it. She will wander endlessley from one thing to the other. She always tries to treat everyone with the same amount of kindness. Aella is quite smart, but she's very bad in science.
History
Aella was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She had a generally happy past, living with her mother, father, and older brother by 2 years. When she was 10, her father was transfered to Davenport for his job. Aella has lived in Davenport ever since, living a generally normal life. There, Aella met Eumelia, and they became best friends.
Cygnus lived on the star Deneb as the princess of the Cygnus constellation. She was friends with many people on Mercury and was constantly visiting the planet. The residents of the constellation lived in relative peace, and soon, the princess became restless and tired of the same places every time she traveled. When her best friend, the princess of Lyra, the constellation bordering hers, decided to go to Earth, Cygnus jumped on the chance and joined her friend on the trip. Both of the princesses disappeared and never came back, all of this happening shortly before the destruction of the Moon Kingdom. It is assumed that Queen Beryl may have done something to the two princesses, deeming them a threat, but it may be completely unrelated. Cygnus was reborn in Council Bluffs as Aella Leda.

Transformation Sequence: Aella holds up her henshin locket, and says the transformation phrase. A flash of purple light comes from the locket, and when it fades away, the locket is gone and Aella is transformed into Sailor Cygnus.

Mission
Cygnus' mission at first is to help her team discover who is behind the monster attacks. Later, it is to help defeat Sailor Andromeda.

Attack 1 Name: Cygnus Cloud Chain (Defensive)
Attack 1 Appearance: A rope of clouds.
Attack 1 Effect/Damage: It's a rope. So it can really only cause damage if Cygnus uses it to strangle.
Attack 1 Accuracy: Pretty hard to not be accurate, but if Cygnus is very weak or dstracted, it won't work.
Attack 2 Name: Cygnus Feather Swirl (Offensive/Defensive)
Attack 2 Appearance: A swirl of feathers.
Attack 2 Effect/Damage: Alternately blinds an enemy, or damages them.
Attack 2 Accuracy: This attack will only work if Cygnus is concentrating on it fully. Requires the Sky Fan.
Outfit
Dress: A V-necked dress that hits halfway to the knee. The bodice is white, and the skirt is pale blue. Underneath the bodice in the center are four yellow pins in a square. The sleeves are white and cover her arm and hands completely.
Sailor Collar: Pale blue with a single yellow contrast line near the edge.
Front Bow: Yellow, rests at the drop-point of the neckline.
Back Bow: Yellow with waterfall-style ribbons that come almost to the end of the skirt.
Shoes: Pale blue heels with an ankle strap. A yellow bird-shaped appliqué is on the front of each strap.
Brooch: Pale blue and diamond-shaped.
Choker: A pale blue ribbon with a yellow oval-shaped gem on the front.
