Sailor Imbrium

Sailor Imbrium cropped up quite randomly. I had just been futzing around in Photoshop, designing a possible outfit for a powered-up Sailor Lyra, when I decided that what I had come up with just didn't work with Lyra. And it became Sailor Imbrium. She's essentially a Sailor Rain.

She has trouble talking to them, and can sometimes be mean: not paying attention to other's feelings, hiding their belongings, etc. Even so, she doesn't mean any true harm, and would never physically hurt someone, unless they deserved it to the extreme. Melinda likes rainy days and being in love, and confusing people gives her great joy.

History

Melinda has lived her whole life on the planet Imbrium, which circles the star Shaula in the Scorpius constellation. The planet was attacked by the army of the planet Frigoris (from the same system), who were bitter over the barrenness of their planet and their lack of a Sailor Senshi. Imbrium was ambushed and a spell sent her to Earth, trapping her in Vienna, Austria, while her planet was being destroyed.

While she's on Earth, Imbrium has devoted herself to trying to live as much like these people as possible, and to learn whatever she can.

Mission

Imbrium's mission is to break the spell trapping her on Earth, in time to save her planet and defeat the Frigorian army.

Attacks

Attack 1 Name: Imbrium Storm Cloud (Offensive/Defensive)
Attack 1 Appearance: A storm cloud that rolls over the general area, with rain.
Attack 1 Effect/Damage: Does damage to the enemy. If Imbrium puts her mind to it, it'll rain hide enough to create a screen to hide behind.
Attack 1 Accuracy: She's been using it for so long, Imbrium has to be extremely distracted to miss.

Attack 2 Name: Imbrium Rain Shower (Offensive)
Attack 2 Appearance: Ropes, gusts, and minature cyclones of rain.
Attack 2 Effect/Damage: Does a lot of damage to the enemy.
Attack 2 Accuracy: Concentration is key--if Imbrium is weak or distracted, it won't work. This attack is very hard for her to use, so she tends to use it as a last resort.

Outfit

Shirt: A gray sleeveless leotard with a V-neck.
Overcoat: The overcoat is a dark blue-gray color and has thin straps that go over the shoulder. In the front it makes a waterfall drape. In the back it divides into two petals near the waist. The coat is open in the front and the ends come close to her feet.
Overskirt: A light blue-gray color; comes to a drop-point at the waist. It's a little longer then a miniskirt's length.
Underskirt: The underskirt is a sheer gray fabric. It hits about halfway down her thigh.
Collar: The same solid blue-gray color as the overskirt.
Shoes: Pointed-toe stiletto heels the same color as the collar and overskirt.
Necklace: A string of Elbaite Brazilian sapphire tourmaline beads (hereafter called simply "sapphire tourmaline") with a milk opal in the shape of a five-pointed star dangling on it. The necklace comes about to the point of the collar.
Bracelets: A string of sapphire tourmaline beads with five-pointed star-shaped milk opals on the top of the wrist. One is worn on each wrist.
Earrings: Two dangling sapphire tourmaline beads with a star-shaped milk opal on the end.
Circlet: A thin, straight silver wire that goes over her hair and connects in the back. On the front of it is a milk opal in the shape of a five-pointed star. This isn't a tiara; it's technically a circlet. But it serves the same purpose.
